FinFive assisted with Uranium One’s business development through the analysis of potential M&A’s, BEE deal-modelling and re-structuring and financial modelling. We also fulfilledthe financial mangements functions and performed some forensic audit work.
We were later approached by the board to perform a critical analysis of world uranium demand and supply forecasts by researching the underlying driving factors and their effect on the uranium price.
Our assessment of international trends and the feasibility of various sustainable and eco-friendly energy sources, feasibility of junior miners and their ability to enter and affect the market and our investigation of uranium mining and production costs around the world was successfully used by the company to redirect their focus in the market. |
