Namakwa Diamonds is a LSE listed Diamond Company with alluvial diamond mining operations, cutting and polishing businesses as well as rough trading across Africa, Israel and Europe. FinFive was initially enlisted to assist in the IPO process, bringing the group’s financial records up to date.
FinFive lead the design and implementation of the financial reporting framework to bring it in line with IFRS as well as designg, implementation and maintenance of the internal control environment, as required by the London Stock Exchange. Our involvement in the listing process and statutory reporting proved to be extremely successful.
Since Namakwa was listed on the LSE, FinFive has mainly been responsible for preparing the monthly statutory reports of the company, administration of all acquisitions and the internal audit function of the company. FinFive has also provided recruitment services to the group placing competent individuals in key positions. |
