Van Zyl Botha CA(SA)
 |
Van Zyl has a broad based experience in business and management consulting, having consulted for dual-listed companies such as Randgold and Exploration Company Ltd, JCI Ltd, Uranium One Ltd, the Department of Defence and African Access Holdings Ltd. He has been involved with mergers and the accompanying regulatory requirements of the JSE, SRP and SARB. Van Zyl specialises in forensic auditing and actively participates in management and strategic decision making.
Van Zyl holds a B.Acc degree (Stellenbosch), B. Compt (Hons) (UNISA) and is a registered CA (SA) and auditor. He is also the training officer of the firm and a registered assessor.

Marnus Coetzee CA(SA)

Marnus has more than 5 years direct experience in a broad variety of financial services ranging from tax advisory to management consulting of listed companies. He has consulted for Ernst & Young (UK) and (SA), Uranium One Ltd, Local Municipalities and Randgold and Exploration Company Ltd.
Marnus holds a B.Acc degree (UP) and a B.Acc (Hons) degree (UP) and is a registered CA (SA) and auditor.

Leon Reinach CA(SA)

Leon has a broad experience in assurance and advisory for major companies, having held a management position at PWC looking after clients like Johnson & Johnson Ltd, Sage Ltd, Softline VIP Ltd, The Blue Bulls Rugby Union and Medihelp. He has experience in consulting with RMB as a structured lending specialist.
Leon holds a B.Acc degree (UP) B. Compt (Hons) degree (Unisa) and is a registered CA (SA).

Pieter van Zyl CA(SA)

Pieter has extensive experience in strategic management, assurance and financial management. He has consulted as senior manager at ARC Chartered Accountants and Auditors Inc. on various SME’s. His involvement as consultant in Namakwa Diamonds Ltd’s listing process, proved to be extremely successful.

Riaan Grobler
|
Riaan has 11 years of extensive experience in the mining industry ranging from operational to corporate level and has been involved from initial feasibility to operation of mining assets. He has also been involved with the design and implementation of mining specific business processes and management information systems in Australia, North-America, Asia and South Africa.
Riaan holds a BCOM MAC.

Marta Gersbach CA(SA)
|
Marta joined Finfive in February 2009, after completing her articles at an audit firm in Johannesburg. During her articles she gained experience in large audits such as that of Stabilid Construction (Pty) Ltd, Omnistrict Nkosi (Pty) Ltd, Intersure Insurance Brokers (Pty) Ltd and South Ridge Properties (Pty) Ltd. Other auditing clients varied from chemical manufacturing companies to service entities such as financial advisors and interior decorators.
Since joining Finfive she has gained experience in management accounting (various accounting clients), forensic auditing, internal financial systems creation (Automan) and financial modelling (Namakwa Diamonds Ltd).
Marta holds a B.Compt degree (Unisa) and a B.Compt Hons (Unisa).

Berno Lategan CA(SA)
|
Berno gained in-depth experience in various SME’s including Architects, Engineering, IT, Property, Logistics, Retail and many other related industries in his auditors training at LDP Inc. in Stellenbosch. The insight he gained from these successful entrepreneurs were put to great effect as he consulted on various venture deals within the mining industry. He has consulting experience in various public entities, Namakwa Diamonds and is currently in the position of acting CFO at Alexkor Limited.
Berno holds a B.Acc degree (Stellenbosch), B.Comm (Hons) degree (UNISA) and is a registered CA (SA).
